Not sure how much you've learned about the stigma people with BPD experience in mental health services but that stigma is not just a self precept, its activated because often when professionals use those terms, they are using them in a prejudiced and dismissive manner. Its how words come to have connotations and meaning outside of the writer's intent. Your response to these heartfelt pleas of commentors evidences a lack of understanding about the ways to generalize about a people who are so often discriminated against and treated with utter disdain in mental health services. This ironic lack of empathy characteristic of pd's themselves.
